Meet the Team
Education: Colman has an Honours degree in Sport Science and Health (DCU) and is in his final year in Trinity College to become a chartered physiotherapist. As well as his degree, he is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and has his first two coaching badges for football (FAI).
Experience: Colman has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with Olympic-level Senior athletes during his time at Swim Ireland, National level Youth Tennis players at Tennis Ireland, and most recently has been involved in a physiotherapy capacity with Shelbourne FC Academy.
Sporting Background: Colman currently plays football at a high amateur level with Drumcondra FC.
Education: Shane has an Honours Degree in Sports Science and Health (DCU), is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and a Youth Cert football coach.
Experience: Shane has worked with elite and amateur athletes across both Ireland and Australia in a wide range of sports, having previously worked with Dublin underage hurlers, rugby union team Melbourne Rebels academy, semi-professional soccer teams Bentleigh Greens and Boxhill United in Melbourne as well as amateur hockey and Australian Football teams.
Sporting Background: Shane played football, Gaelic and tennis growing up, before focusing solely on football in his late teens. Recently he has developed a passion for endurance running.
Education: Stephen has an Honours Degree in Sports Science and Health (DCU) and is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Experience: Stephen has built up over 1,000 hours of Strength & Conditioning coaching through many platforms. From working in a world class training facility, to heading the Strength & Conditioning of many amateur teams, Stephen recognises what is required to implement optimal training standards. He is the Strength & Conditioning coach for the Dublin Minor Football team who had great success winning the Leinster Championship in 2022.
Sporting Background: Stephen has played Gaelic and football from a young age. As well as his field sports, he also has a running and swimming background.
